Nova Zoii Group AG (”Nova Zoii”) - a company registered and existing under the laws of Switzerland under company number CHE-298.090.246 and have our registered office at Schaffhauserstrasse 550, 8052 Zürch, Switzerland. It is a company which provides citizenship and residence planning services to clients.

Nova Zoii is the Data Controller and responsible for this Website.

We have structured the Website so that you can visit us on the Internet without identifying yourself or revealing any personal information. Once you choose to provide us with personal information, we will protect such information and use it only in the ways as described below.

Nova Zoii will not sell, rent, transfer, or otherwise make available to others any information about any person visiting the Website, except as expressly provided for in this Statement.

Nova Zoii processes your personal data in an appropriate and lawful manner in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and the General Data Protection Regulation EU 2016/679 (“GDPR”) effective as of 25.05.2018.

Nova Zoii will comply with local data protection laws in jurisdictions we operate in and to do so, the personal information we hold about you must be:

A. Personal data we collect from you

By means of this Website, you may contact our representatives and obtain information relating to the residence and/or citizenship programs or the services offered by Nova Zoii and start the process of obtaining any of the services in which you may be interested. You may also contact us if you are looking for a career opportunity or wish us to provide you with further information to support your press/media work. These are personal details and they include your first name, last name, country of residence, nationality, email address and phone number.   • Identity, Contact and Background Data from publicly available sources, compliance databases and/or compliance and due diligence service providers within and outside the EU, so we can confirm you are a suitable client of or supplier to us.

These local agents and suppliers store and process your data on the basis of strict confidentiality and subject to the appropriate security measures and safeguards in place as described below.

We may also share your data with other third parties in their capacity as data controllers such as legal, tax, real estate, immigration or other advisors and consultants, (international) banks for payment details or third parties providing other or additional services or goods to you such as real estate agencies/owners/developers who you might wish to engage with under separate terms and conditions between you and such third parties. G. Third party access to your personal data

We work closely with third parties in order to provide you the services you request on our Website. These third parties include cloud storage providers, analytics providers and search engine information providers. We will only work with third party providers that comply with applicable laws in the jurisdictions which we operate and abide by the GDPR and, if applicable, agree to be bound by the standard contractual clauses to adequately protect and safeguard your personal data.

H. Data security

We will ensure that appropriate security measures are taken against unlawful or unauthorized processing of personal data, and against the accidental loss of, or damage to, personal data.

The transfer of information between our Website and your device is protected with TLS (Transport Layer Security) certificates. When the Website is accessed using compatible browsers, that technology protects personal information using both server authentication and data encryption to ensure that personal information is safe and secure while in transit. Usernames and passwords are issued to persons authorized to access the personal data, such as our employees, who are bound by confidentiality not to disclose any personal data. No method of transmission of data is one hundred percent (100%) secure and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

I. Data storage

We shall only store your data as long as is strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected i.e. to provide you our services or for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting or reporting requirements. In any case, retention of data shall not exceed 10 years from the date of termination or completion of the services. This period of retention enables us to use the data for defending potential legal claims, taking into account the applicable limitation periods under relevant laws, as well as, if applicable, to comply with Anti-Money Laundering/KYC laws and regulations, Anti-Bribery/Corruption Laws and regulations, accounting and tax laws applicable to certain jurisdictions which we operate in.

1. Right to Access Information

You have the right to request information as to whether or not your personal data is being processed by Nova Zoii as well as information as to how and why it is processed. You may send an email to requesting information as to the personal data which is undergoing processing. You shall receive one (1) electronic copy free of charge via email. We may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive in which case we may also refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.

2. Right to object

You may contact us at any time at to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes e.g. receiving information from us about upcoming events, newsletters and publications and your data will no longer be processed for such purposes.

3. Right to correction

You have the right to obtain correction of any inaccurate personal data about you that we have processed, update any data which is out-of-date and the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of a supplementary statement.

4. Right to erasure

You have the right to obtain the erasure of personal data we have concerning you when your personal data is no longer required where:

  • you withdraw your consent to us processing your personal data;
  • your personal data no longer needs to be processed; or
  • your personal data has been unlawfully processed.

You have the right to restrict our processing activities where:

  • you contest the accuracy of this personal data, for a period enabling Nova Zoii to verify the accuracy of the same personal data;

  • we no longer need your personal data for the purposes stated in this section, but you require it for the establishment, exercising or defending of legal claims; or
  • you have objected to our processing pending the verification whether the legitimate grounds of our processing activities overrode those pertaining to you.

You shall have the right to receive your personal data in a structured and machine-readable format and transmit this data to another Date Controller (as defined in the GDPR).

Where you may have provided your consent to the collection, processing and transfer of your personal information for a specific purpose eg marketing, you have the right to withdraw your consent for that specific processing at any time or you may withdraw your consent to this Statement.
